Backup4all 1.4 was released, with password protection


Backup4all 1.4 was released. This is a major version release and contains a lot of new features and improvements. It includes the option to password protect backup jobs and other important improvements.

What’s new in Backup4all 1.4:

  • Password protection
  • Improved statistics
  • Open .bkc files from main menu
  • Option added to sort backup jobs in backup groups
  • Improved .bkc file structure. Existing .bkc files will be converted to the new format
  • Delete non-empty backup groups
  • Corrections made in scheduler
  • Add “Expand all” and “Collapse all” for the Explore View
  • Corrections made in showing the tray icon

This update is free for all registered users of Backup4all 1.x.
